STRATEGY PASS
Agencies seeking to stabilize their incentive compensation with carriers through Indium can elect, at Renewal, to participate in Strategy Pass.
Strategy Pass removes growth requirements from agencies to allow them to focus on building an engaged and strategic relationship with all carriers through Indium. By focusing on the agency-wide participation in Indium's virtual and in-person events, and overall strategic initiatives, many agencies hit 100% participation, guaranteeing them 100% of their incentive compensation split. In 2025, Strategy Pass allowed 16% more agencies to receive an incentive compensation payment.
